ADJUSTING THE BASE PAY OF PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY CADETS, PROBATIONARY SECOND LIEUTENANTS, AND 20-YEAR OLD TRAINEES OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES
