MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 178-A

AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 178 AND PLACING THE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PANGLAO TOURISM SPECIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS (DOTC)

WHEREAS, pursuant to
