AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 423, DATED OCTOBER 17, 1931

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Four hundred and twenty-three, dated October seventeenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-one, and declare open to disposition and settlement, a parcel of land, situated in the municipality of Montalban, Province of Rizal, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan H-83762, to wit: cd asia

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan H-83762, N 70 59' E. 12,170.83 m., more or less, from monument No. 142, Tala Estate, thence N. 56 49' E. 23.65 m. to point 2; S. 59 12' E. 68.86 m. to point 3; S. 56 17' E. 222.82 m. to point 4; S. 32 46' E. 51.70 m. to point 5; S. 19 50' W. 40.99 m. to point 6; N. 70 49' W. 59.26 m. to point 7; N. 47 39' W. 103.01 m. to point 8; N. 46 25' W. 201.90 m. to point 1, point of beginning. cdtai

Containing an area of 1.8096 hectares.

Point 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, galvanized iron spikes on "X" on trees; and points 3 and 8, stakes.

Bounded on all sides by Puray River.

Bearings true. Declination, 0 13' E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan H-83762.

Surveyed under the authority of sections 12-21, Commonwealth Act. No. 141, and in accordance with existing regulations of the Bureau of Lands, by Cornelio R. Domingo, Junior Surveyor, under the supervision of Isabelo del Carmen, public land surveyor, on October 24-28, 1936, and approved on June 26,1937

NOTE: This is lot No. 33, portion of lot No. 24, Swo-9033 as surveyed for the Bureau of Non-Christian Tribes (Ipd-80, lot No. 24).
