AMENDING FURTHER THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

WHEREAS, the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) was created under

WHEREAS, the participation of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE) and the Philippine Contractors' Association (PCA) are important in the implementation of the functions of CIAP; and cda

WHEREAS,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the

SECTION 2. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
