In order to further rationalize the implementation of the procurement of services of qualified Geodetic Engineers in the conduct of Cadastral Survey in the country, and pursuant to the provisions of aATESD

SECTION 4. Effectivity. This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in the newspaper of general circulation and upon filing with the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
