EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 323

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 316, DATED JANUARY 19, 1988, INSTITUTING THE PRESIDENTIAL CITATION FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO PHILIPPINE DEMOCRACY

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend the last paragraph of asia dc

"The Presidential Citation shall be conferred in gold medal. The National Historical Institute shall prescribe such rules and regulations concerning the design specifications of the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Service to Philippine Democracy, the manner of wearing them, and other details pertinent thereto, which rules and regulations shall be approved by the President of the Philippines."

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. cda
