WHEREAS, casia

WHEREAS, during this significant event we should not overlook our own Filipino veterans who have served their nation well in war and in peace and are, therefore, worthy of incentives of the program;

WHEREAS, the grant of such incentives to Filipino veterans, aside from being a gesture of grateful remembrance of their services, shall also enable them to participate more extensively in Reunion for Peace and encourage them to promote domestic tourism;

NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby amend bonafide Filipino veterans of World War II and members of their families traveling with them; specifically the incentives stated in Paragraphs No. 7, 8 and 11 of said cda
