REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10144

AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO EDWARD A. ARTIS

SECTION 1. Edward A. Artis is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges, duties and obligations appurtenant thereto and with the same effects and subject to the same conditions as provided under the Constitution. cDCEIA

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

* Lapsed into law on August 20, 2010 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
