SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-11

AUTHORIZING THE GRANT AND RELEASE OF FRINGE BENEFIT ON THE OCCASION OF THE CELEBRATION OF THE 110TH FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY OF THE SUPREME COURT

By virtue of his authority under Section 59 of the IDCcEa

Fringe benefit in the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P13,000.00) is likewise granted to each of the justices, officials and personnel of the three appellate courts (the Court of Appeals, the Sandiganbayan and the Court of Tax Appeals),chargeable against the respective savings from the regular appropriations of the said appellate courts, as certified to by their respective concerned officials, provided that they have not received similar fringe benefit given on the occasion of their respective anniversaries; otherwise, only the difference shall be paid.

The grant of the aforesaid fringe benefit shall be subject to the implementing guidelines hereto attached.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately and shall forthwith be implemented by the Presiding Justices of the Court of Appeals, the Sandiganbayan and the Court of Tax Appeals, the Clerk of Court of the Supreme Court, the Chiefs of the Office of Administrative Services and the FMBO of the Supreme Court.
