SUBJECT:Banning of Drying of Palay and Other Farm Produce Along National Highways

In order to safeguard our motorists from any untoward accident and pursuant to the provisions of Section 23 of palay and other farm produce along national highways be totally banned. It shall be reminded that any person found to be in violation of this law is punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand pesos or by imprisonment not exceeding six months. SacDIE
