REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10306

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INTEGRATED SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BOG A, BACON DISTRICT, CITY OF SORSOGON, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON TO BE KNOWN AS BOG A INTEGRATED SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There is hereby established an integrated school at Barangay Bog a, Bacon District, City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon to be known as Bog a Integrated School. SDHAcI

SECTION 2. The Department of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement this Act.

SECTION 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Bog a Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
