It has been brought to my attention that there is a perceptible alteration in the foundation of the National Art Center at Mt. Makiling due to the excavation of rocks, stones, soils, etc. within its vicinity. cda
In view thereof, you are hereby directed to cancel immediately all permits, licenses or franchises issued to or by national or local entities to undertake excavation within the vicinity of the Center (within two kilometers.)
Strict compliance with this Letter of Instructions is desired.
