In order to expand training opportunities for the Muslim population, you are hereby directed to pursue negotiations towards securing a $110 M. loan from the Saudi Arabia Development Fund. This loan is specifically being sought to set up training centers in Zamboanga, Dipolog, Marawi, Cotabato and Sulu for Muslim workers.
You are to submit a report on the implementation of this directive within thirty (30) days.
