REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10097

AN ACT CONVERTING KILING, TANAUAN TABONTABON JULITA PROVINCIAL ROAD, PROVINCE OF LEYTE INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

SECTION 1. The Kiling, Tanauan Tabontabon Julita Provincial Road in the second congressional district, Province of Leyte is hereby converted into a national road. AICHaS

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
