REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10141

AN ACT CONVERTING THE STA. CATALINA PAMPLONA TANJAY CITY PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

SECTION 1. The Sta. Catalina Pamplona Tanjay City Provincial Road in the Province of Negros Oriental is hereby converted into a national road. cCSHET

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
