EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 136

On the recommendation of the Council of State, the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and the Secretary of Commerce and Communications are appointed a committee, under the chairmanship of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, to supervise the carrying out of the investigation and the making of the report provided for in cdt

The Director of Non-Christian Tribes, the Director of Public Works, the Director of Lands, the Director of Agriculture, and the Director of Forestry are designated a committee pursuant to the authority of said Act and shall carry out the provisions of the Act subject to the aforesaid supervision. This committee is directed to submit, if possible, a preliminary report of the result of this investigation prior to January first, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine.
