Pursuant to the powers vested in me under SMMS IT Center, which stands on several parcels of land located along Marcos Highway, Barangay Mayamot, Antipolo City, containing an area of Thirty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ten (35,210) Square Meters, more or less, as an Information Technology Center.
