Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Information Technology Center, to be known as SMNV IT Center, which stands on several parcels of land, located along Quirino Highway, Barangay San Bartolome, Quezon City, with an aggregate area of Fifty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Three (54,873) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
