CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT SAPPHIRE AND GARNET ROADS, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO

Pursuant to the powers vested in me underTwo Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) Square Meters, more or less, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as Cyberscape Alpha. The land is defined by the following technical description: aAEHCI

A parcel of land [Lot 2-B of the subdivision plan Psd-00-036193, being a portion of Lot 2, Block 4 (LRC) Psd-144362, LRC Rec. Nos. 699, 875 & 917], situated in (Oranbo) San Antonio, City of Pasig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 12 (LEC) Psd-105493 (Garnet St.); on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2-A of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 13 (LRC) Psd-105493 (Sapphire St.); and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2-C of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 80 deg. 24' E., 1020.70 m. from BLLM #1, Wack-Wack;

thence N. 49 deg. 19' W., 41.32 m. to point 2;

thence N. 40 deg. 41' E., 60.50 m. to point 3;

thence S. 49 deg. 19' E., 41.32 m. to point 4;

thence S. 40 deg. 41' W., 60.50 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of Two Thousand Five Hundred Square Meters (2,500), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms; bearings true; date of original survey 08 April 1920-21 February 1921 (Mandaluyong est.); and that of the subdivision survey, 02 June 1995 and was approved on 10 July 1995.
