CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT SENATOR GIL PUYAT AVENUE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as TechZone Building, which stands on a parcel of land, located at Senator Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, containing an area of Three Thousand (3,000) square meters, more or less. The land is more particularly defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-C-1-B of the subdivision plan LRC Psd-14711), being a portion of Lot 2-C-1 described on plan LRC Psd-13493, LRC GLRO Record No. 2029), situated in the Municipality (now City) of Makati, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 4 to 1 by Lot 2-C-1-A of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 1 to 2 by Lot 3-C, Psd-28635 (Buendia Avenue 36 M. wide); on the SW., along line 2 to 3 by Lot 2-B, (LRC) Psd-5754; and on the NW., along line 3 to 4 by Street Lot 10, Psd-26099 (Calle Malugay 14 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 69 deg. 06' W., 2676.93 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Municipality (now City) of Makati;

thence S. 62 deg. 16' W., 60.00 m. to point 2;

thence N. 27 deg. 44' W., 50.00 m. to point 3; EIaDHS

thence N. 62 deg. 16' E., 60.00 m. to point 4;

thence S. 27 deg. 44' E., 50.00 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of Three Thousand (3,000) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by P.L.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. and the rest by Old P.L.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; declination 0 deg. 37' E., date of the original survey, 10 December 1923 and that of subdivision survey, 21 February 1961.
