Pursuant to the powers vested in me under One San Miguel Avenue Condominium, which stands on a land, located at Shaw Boulevard corner San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, containing an area of One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Eight (1,568) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
