CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT SUMULONG HIGHWAY, BARRIO STO. NI O, MARIKINA CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Information Technology (IT) Park, to be known as the CyberBayan IT Park, located at Sumulong Highway, Barrio Sto. Ni o, Marikina City, with an area of Seventy-Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighty (76,280) Square Meters, more or less. The land is more particularly defined by the following technical description:
