Pursuant to the powers vested in me underGrand Cenia Hotel and Residences as an Information Technology Center which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain located at Archbishop Reyes Avenue corner Apitong Street, Barangay Camputhaw, Cebu City, with an area of Four Thousand Two Hundred Eleven (4,211) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: TEDHaA

A parcel of land (describe on plan LRA Pcn-2148, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, Block 18, Pcs-389 L.R.C. CLR Record No. 5988) situated in Camputhaw, Cebu City, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 5 by Road Lot 18, Pcs-389; on the SE., points 5 to 7 by Lot 1532, Swo-10194; on the SW., points 7 to 12 by Road Lot 17; on the NW., points 12 to 1 by Lot 9; and points 1 to 2 by Lot 8, both Block 18, all of Pcs-389.
