PROCLAMATION NO. 268

DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Friday, 11 November 2011, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas marks the feast of its patron saint, St. Martin of Tours;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 11 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.
