PROCLAMATION NO. 203

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 AUGUST 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, Thursday, 25 August 2011, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Iloilo;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 August 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iloilo.
