DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, the Province of Sarangani marks its 19th Foundation Day anniversary and the 10th Munah'to Festival on November 28-30, 2012; TSAHIa

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Sarangani the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Governor has requested that 28 November 2012 be declared as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 November 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
