DECLARING TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYAMBANG, PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, April 5, 2011, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan; SCHIac

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, April 5, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan.
