DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the patronal feast dubbed as "Pavvurulun Festival 2010" on Monday, August 16, 2010; aDHScI

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao, be given full.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, August 16, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
