PROCLAMATION NO. 71

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 8, 2010, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Batangas; TICAcD

WHEREAS, to give the people of the Province of Batangas the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the history of their province, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 8, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
