PROCLAMATION NO. 1039

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 JUNE 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Friday, 19 June 2015, marks the 154th birth anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, our national hero; HEITAD

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies in keeping with his ideals and teachings.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 19 June 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
