DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 22, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 22, 2010, the City of Pagadian marks the celebration of its 41st Charter Day anniversary dubbed as "41st Araw ng Pagadian"; DcHaET

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 22, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
