PROCLAMATION NO. 2018

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 31, 2010, marks the 9th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental; AECacS

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 31, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
