PROCLAMATION NO. 921

DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 1971, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, paying homage to the dead on all Saints' Day is one of our cherished traditions; and DaAISH

WHEREAS, in keeping with that tradition, the people should be given full opportunity to observe the day with all its religious fervor;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, November 1, 1971, as a special public holiday.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
