DECLARING THE MANILA SOUTH DIVERSION ROAD (LIMITED ACCESS), HIGHWAY 54-ALABANG SECTION, THE "MANILA SOUTH EXPRESSWAY" AND AUTHORIZING COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREFROM

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the Manila South Diversion Road (Limited Access), from Km. 2.264 to Km. 16.592 (Highway 54-Alabang Section), the MANILA SOUTH EXPRESSWAY, and pursuant to HCaEAT
