DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 27 February 2013, marks the commemoration of the 74th Foundation Day anniversary and the 24th Kalilangan Festival of the City of General Santos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 February 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
