EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 27

DESIGNATING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION AS DEPUTY FOREST OFFICERS

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby deputize all officials and employees of the National Power Corporation as forest officers of the Bureau of Forestry, clothed with all the powers conferred upon officials and employees of said Bureau by Sections 1818 and 2751 of the cd asia

When enforcing forest laws and regulations, they shall be subject to the control and supervision of the Director of Forestry.
