You are hereby directed to immediately undertake the dredging/desilting of esteros, creeks, and riverways, as well as bank improvement and construction of service roads, to alleviate the adverse effects of the rainy season.
Submit status report on the matter to my Office, through the Executive Secretary, copy furnished the Head, Presidential Management Staff, not later than 15 October 1998.
