LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 69

In order to expedite the acquisition of private lands urgently needed for the construction of infrastructure projects, it is hereby directed that whenever any government agency requests the Bureau of Lands for Survey Plans, Technical Descriptions and other related data needed by it to facilitate the filing of expropriation cases, such documents should be made immediately available to the requesting agency.
It is also desired that the Bureau of Lands immediately process, evaluate and/or approve the Survey Returns submitted by any government agency, which are necessary to facilitate the acquisition of urgently needed private lands for the construction of infrastructure projects. cdt
