EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 404

EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVITY OF THE RATES OF IMPORT DUTIES ON CERTAIN ARTICLES UNDER SECTION 104 OF

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 401 of the cdt

SECTION 1. The rates of import duties on certain articles under Section 104 of

SECTION 2. This Executive Order shall take effect beginning June 8, 1990, subject to its publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 8th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety.
