MEMORANDUM FROM THE PRESIDENT

You are hereby directed to facilitate the release of P24.375 million to the Local Government of General Santos City to partially cover the remaining P57 million budget to complete the General Santos City gymnasium, subject to counterpart funding of P32.635 million by the local government and submission of the work and financial plan.

Submit a status report on the matter to my Office, through the Executive Secretary, copy furnished the Head, Presidential Management Staff, not later than 28 September 1998.
