There is a need to monitor and give special attention to all cases filed and decided regarding violation of
In this regard, all judges and clerks of court of the designated drugs courts and all Regional Trial Courts with drugs cases are hereby directed to submit a report on the following data covering the period 01 January 2010 to 31 December 2010:
1) the number of drugs cases filed;
2) the number of drugs cases decided;
3) the number of cases that resulted in acquittal or conviction; and
4) if it resulted in acquittal, the reasons therefor.
Submission of the required report should be made on or before 15 February 2011.
