MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 87

AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF LAWYERS IN REGION VI IN THE MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Iloilo Chapter will co-sponsor with UP Law Center a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Program on August 18 to 19, 2005 at Amigo Terrace Hotel, Iznart Street, Iloilo City. EaCSHI

In consideration of the MCLE compliance requirement for active IBP members, lawyers in various government agencies and local government units in Region VI are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned program on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided that such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
