DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 027-09

In view of the separate letters by the National Book Development Board (NBDB) and the Philippine Book Publishing and Development Federation (PHILBOOK) dated 14 March 2009 and 11 May 2009, respectively, seeking reconsideration, recall, and suspension of ", and upon recommendation of the Bureau of Customs (BoC), the implementation of the aforesaid DO is hereby suspended pending resolution of the issues raised.
