ACT NO. 2627

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE SUSPENSION OF ANY ORDER OF EJECTION AGAINST DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY RESULTING FROM DELINQUENCY IN THE PAYMENT OF LAND TAX DUE

SECTION 1. Any provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding, all and any orders of ejection or execution against owners delinquent in the payment of the land tax in the Province of Albay, now pending or to be made by virtue of the provisions of existing law, are hereby suspended for the period of one year from and after the passage of this Act.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
