Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated June 9, 2009

"A.M. No. 02-8-13-SC (Re: 2004 Rules on Notarial Practice). The Court Resolved to ADOPT the position of the Sub-Committee on the Revision of Rules Governing Notaries Public that, considering the clarification sought by the Solicitor General refers to an order of a court in a pending case, said Committee as well as this Court are proscribed to render a clarificatory opinion, and that, under the circumstances, it would be best for the petitioners in Sp. Proc. No. 2004-074 to avail of remedial measures under the Rules of Court."
