NOTICE

Sirs/Mesdames :

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated November 13, 2012, which reads as follows: DIHETS

"A.M. No. 12-11-1-SC (Re: Appointment of Dean Antonio G.M. La Vi a as Consultant, effective November 5, 2012). The Court Resolved to:

(a) NOTE the:

(i) Memorandum dated October 31, 2012 of Atty. Ma. Lourdes E.B. Oliveros, Chief Justice's Staff Head, informing Clerk of Court Enriqueta Esguerra-Vidal of the appointment of Dean Antonio G.M. La Vi a as Consultant to assess the current condition, needs, structure and direction of the Public Information Office, and to make appropriate recommendations thereon; and

(ii) Letter dated November 5, 2012 of Atty. Oliveros relative to the confirmation of the appointment of Dean La Vi a; and

(b) CONFIRM nunc pro tunc the approval of the appointment of Dean La Vi a as Consultant, effective for an initial period of two (2) months beginning November 5, 2012, subject to renewal, with a consultancy remuneration of P30,000.00 per month." (adv150)
