The Commission on Nuclear Reactor Plants created pursuant to aisa dc
Based on latest estimates which took into account the actual duration of the hearings, the projected expenses of the review panel of experts, and other expenses as enumerated in the attached Annex "A", the total operating expenses of the Commission will amount to P550,000. In view thereof, the Treasurer of the Philippines is hereby directed to release to the Ministry of Energy the additional amount of P335,000 out of the said Special Fund created pursuant to Section 8 (j) of
The Ministry of Energy shall submit a report to the President accounting for the disbursement and utilization of the foregoing funds.
This Letter of Instructions shall take effect immediately. cda
