SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 25-10
REORGANIZATION OF THE COMPONENT WORKING COMMITTEES AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF THE JUDICIAL REFORM SUPPORT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 41-2004 dated 19 July 2004, the Supreme Court created a Management Committee and Component Working Committees (CWCs) to oversee and coordinate the efficient and effective implementation of the Judicial Reform Support Project (JRSP);
WHEREAS, in view of the retirement, resignation, promotion and appointment of some justices, judges, officials and employees of the judiciary;
NOW, THEREFORE, the JRSP-CWCs are hereby reorganized as follows:

FURTHER, in keeping with the JRSP implementation structure, the Chairpersons of the four CWCs will become the ex-officio members of the JRSP Management Committee as follows:

Whenever necessary, the JRSP Management Committee and Component Working Committees may call on other officials and personnel to assist them in the pursuit of their activities.
The Chairperson, Members, and Members of the Secretariat of the above committee, including those who have rendered service as part of the said committee prior to the issuance of this Memorandum Order, shall receive the usual expense allowances.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 4th day of June 2010.
