REQUEST FOR THE CONCURRENCE OF THE PRESIDENT IN THE DEPUTATION OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, FOR THE 23 JUNE 2012 PLEBISCITE TO RATIFY THE CONVERSION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOOR, IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO A COMPONENT CITY

WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), through its Resolution No. 9421 (s. 2012), resolved to request the concurrence of the President in the deputation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and other law enforcement agencies, in connection with the 23 June 2012 plebiscite to ratify the conversion of the Municipality of Bacoor, in the Province of Cavite, into a component city; aTcSID
