RESOLUTION RESTORING THE ACRONYM OCA FOR THE OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR

The Court has been receiving of late numerous queries and requests for clarification from judges and court personnel, as well as the public in general, as to the proper acronym for the Office of the Court Administrator, claiming that documents, papers and other written communication they have been receiving from said Office show a new acronym, i.e., OCAD. Thus, in order to avoid any further confusion on the matter and continue with or preserve an established practice, the Court has Resolved, as it hereby Resolves, to restore the acronym OCA as the correct acronym for the Office of the Court Administrator, and require all concerned, especially the Office of the Court Administrator and the offices, officials and personnel thereof, to implement this resolution.

This Resolution shall take effect on 15 June 1999.
